Now retired from clinical practice, she has had a long career as a senior clinician developing and delivering specialist mental health services, training, mentoring and supervising healthcare staff, and a track record of delivering major transformation at local and national level. She has specialist clinical expertise in working with neurodiversity.
Jean takes a whole life and whole person approach to her coaching practice, drawing on her wealth of clinical, academic and leadership experience. Jean enjoys coaching clients from diverse sectors and backgrounds, working with them on career and life transitions, building self-confidence, leadership skills and achieving personal goals.
is an NHS and Life Sciences leader, with nearly thirty years’ experience in building professional partnerships across clinical academic interface, in Life Sciences, Government and Value Based Healthcare. As a trained executive coach Jill’s experience is in developing senior leadership careers, helping prepare individuals for major interviews and career events, managing complex situations and conflict. Jill enjoys supporting new executives and supporting individuals from a wide range of professional disciplines from across the public and private sector.
